Google has officially rolled out its AI-powered no-code mini-app builder, Opal, in India, alongside 14 other countries including Canada, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil, Singapore, Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Honduras, Argentina, and Pakistan.
Initially launched as an experimental tool in the U.S. a few months ago, Opal enables anyone to create AI-driven mini-apps simply by using natural language — no coding required.
Google initially anticipated users would create light, fun applications, but the tool quickly gained traction among creators building sophisticated, practical, and innovative apps, prompting the company to expand its reach globally.
To enhance user experience, Google has introduced several key improvements to Opal:
-
Advanced debugging tools: Developers can now run workflows step-by-step within a visual editor or target a specific step in the console panel. Real-time error detection pinpoints issues precisely, eliminating guesswork and speeding up troubleshooting.
-
Faster performance: Google has optimized Opal’s backend system, allowing complex workflows to execute multiple steps simultaneously, greatly reducing waiting times.
Users can explore and start building with Opal by visiting opal.withgoogle.com.
“Whether you’re automating business processes, accelerating marketing, or bringing creative ideas to life, Opal is here to help you build,” Google stated in its announcement.
